🔄 Product Return & Refund Policy
At Herbal Harmony, we hope that you never have to cancel or return a product. However, we understand that there may be certain circumstances where this becomes necessary. We’re here to help and support you in such situations.
1. Order Not Dispatched Yet?
Once your order is processed and the AWB (Air Waybill) is generated, it cannot be canceled.
2. Order In Transit?
Orders that are already in transit are not eligible for cancellation.
3. Damaged Product Received?
We ensure careful packaging of every item to avoid damage. However, if your order arrives damaged due to transit issues, we are happy to arrange a free replacement.
4. Received the Wrong Product?
In rare cases where you receive an incorrect item, please share clear images of the received product with us at herbalharmony.site@gmail.com. After verification, we will arrange a return pickup and send a replacement.
5. What Can I Return?
Currently, we do not offer refunds or general returns.
Orders placed through marketplaces (like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) are only eligible for replacements, not refunds.
6. Refunds (for RTO & Cancelled Orders)
If your order is returned to origin (RTO) or cancelled before dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
A ₹70 convenience fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
7. Do You Offer Replacements?
Yes, replacements are offered if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive the wrong product
(Applicable only for verified cases reported within the return window)
8. Claims Must Be Made Within 7 Days
If your product is damaged or incorrect, you must report the issue to us within 7 days of delivery.
(Especially applicable to beauty appliances and fragile items)
9. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
10. Delivery Confirmation
You will receive delivery updates via WhatsApp and email once your order is marked delivered.
a) Order Marked Delivered but Not Received?
If your order is marked as delivered but not actually received, report the issue to herbalharmony.site@gmail.com within 48 hours.
After this window, we cannot raise the issue with our delivery partner.
b) How to Escalate?
Email us with order details and your concern at herbalharmony.site@gmail.com within 48 hours.
11. Proof of Delivery (POD)
Upon raising a delivery-related concern, we will provide the Proof of Delivery (POD) from the courier partner within 72 hours.
Products must be returned within 2 business days once received
Refunded amount will be credited within 7 business days in your account
Exchanged/ Replaced products will be delivered within 7 business days
